In-Home Therapy (IHT) is an intensive service under the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). It combines counseling, skill-building, and care coordination to support youth with significant behavioral or mental health needs.
Our clinicians collaborate with schools, primary care providers, and community supports to create a coordinated plan that fits your family’s goals and culture. Services are strengths-based and designed to support long-term stability.

In-Home Therapy is available for youth under 21 enrolled in MassHealth who meet clinical necessity criteria.
Sessions occur directly in the home or community settings where support is most needed and comfortable for the family.
